The world of the Lands is filled with dangerous beasts, warmed by lava lakes, full of exotic plants, and infused with the magic of nature. A multitude of people inhabit this land, but the most numerous and influential of them are called Igni.
The first story will tell you about Sabiri and Iskrila. One day, their quiet life was assaulted, their safety and life endangered, forcing them to retaliate. They had to protect not only themselves but their entire village. Just like in old times, they go to war. Yet never before was the threat so great, and never before it came from such an unlikely place.
The second tale talks about Maria and Bacara. The raiders and slavers often attack Igni tribes. Yet, the recent incursions were very different. With the villages burnt to the ground, the mysterious assaulters had no treasures to pillage, no people to enslave. Yet the attacks continued. With no explanation on hand, yet in dire need of protection, Maria and Bacara venture into a dangerous journey to acquire ancient and powerful magical artifacts. Without a mage they have but a hope of controlling the artifacts. But their need is dire.
