On the evening of August 3rd, 2004. Tony Mendez took his six-year-old son on a fishing trip in hopes of coping with the loss of his wife. What they found in the Texas Sabine River that evening was a human skull.

A cold case was re-opened and suddenly, children began to dissapear landing Tony and his son on the target of a sociopath while the town questioned if it's ghostly legend was true.

ken said it all in his review.. well paced, suspenceful with jsut a touch of supernatural. Gave me goosebumps to read the last part.

This is a well paced suspense and supernatural novel with believable characters. Really enjoyed reading it.
