Jeanne wakes on the morning of a new Millennium to a different world, a parallel world in which the Japanese have won World War II and now have control of Australia. She quickly offends against the rigid rules of subservience to the conquerors and is sentenced to a year of servitude, a year which involves being stripped of body hair, branded, pierced and implanted with a device which can send excruciating pain or pleasure to her genital area.

Her experiences in dragging the heavy carts, digging in the quarries and slaving away in the vegetable gardens, all under the watchful eyes of cruel Japanese guards, pale into insignificance when both she and her former lover, Peter, are purchased by a certain Mr Matso. Now their humiliating slave training really begins, first ad maid and body servant, then as pony girl and boy along with being kept totally depilated and blinkered!
