Review by: N D on Aug. 31, 2013 :
I have just finished this novella and let me tell you that till the very end I was absolutely sure about one character being the murderer (and at some point doubting that there had been a murder at all), but I was wrong. And I love it when I am wrong! It means that the plot is unpredictable.
The novella is yet another masterpiece from Josh. Moody, dark, bittersweet. Some scenes at the lighthouse gave me real shivers. I loved the atmosphere and how the main protagonist sees the outside world from the point of colours/paint he uses. Quite lovely.
My only complaint - it is short! (I can never have enough of Josh's writing!)
