Thanks for putting this information out there. I consider myself fairly knowledgeable about fitness but there were a couple of points I did not know.
Just one minor correction:
Training with light weights for more than 2 minutes or more is inefficient and does not lead to muscle development. (Just need to remove one "more" – Training with light weights for more than 2 minutes... OR Training with light weights for 2 minutes or more...)
