In May of 2010, I found myself at my heaviest and unhealthiest. So I decided to take charge of my health. Within 14 months, I went from obese to competing in my first NPC Bikini competition. I realized that losing weight was not an event, but a lifestyle change so I set myself out to create wonderful, healthy, nutritious non-processed foods that my whole family could enjoy.

Recipes are simple and easy. The ingredients will be used frequently. I've had other recipe books that use a rare expensive ingredient, which I only end up using once. But not this book. The recipes are delicious and healthy! Great way to eat clean without disappointing your tastebuds. You can tell the author is an amazing woman and takes pride in her work.
