This book is a greatly encouraging -not only to those who are feeling overweight -but to all of us who are burdened with negative feelings about ourselves.
The author gives generously of her own experience, both professional and personal, and is warm and specific in her prescriptions for a renewal of energy and focus for all readers
The book deserves a wide readership, is as as enjoyable and easy to experience as a chat would be with a good friend But the lessons are clear and helpful
