I am a social engineer, social entrepreneur, author, editor and artist.
I carry a positive societal vision (the Green Empire of the East and the West) which is implemented through the application of an international program of societal change called "EL4DEV". I am a candidate for the governance of France. The Green Empire of the East and the West is a live-action role-playing game in alternate reality whose scenario is transmedia.
