I write what I know and love: adult romance with blue-collar heroes and real-life flavor. Tattoos, handcuffs and men in uniform are a few of my favorite things, and it shows in my thirty+ published books.
I live in the South with my man in uniform, who I married for the entertainment value. Just kidding – it was the handcuffs, err, true love. So far, our happily ever after includes a couple kids, German Shepherd dogs and a mutual appreciation of timely ‘that’s what she said’ jokes.
When I’m not writing, I love reading, good coffee, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and whatever outdoor adventures I can find.
I also love hearing from readers, so don’t be shy! If you’ve enjoyed something I’ve written, hearing from you would make my day.

I loved it. It was so good. When the two main characters, Eric and Mina, finally consumated their relationship, I cheered. I love Mina who is the sole guardian of her sister, Jessie, who is a paraplegic. She i so strong, so mature for a twenty something young lady, who basically had to grow up real fast and set aside her own needs to make Jessie her priority; then, there is Eric, who is a tattoo artist, who lost his sister from a fatal car accident. He took his time with Mina and went at her pace. Instead of bailing on Mina when he meet her sister, he became more enamored of Mina because of her love and devotion to Jessie. Eric and Mina's moments together are sweet and sensual. i felt their chemistry from the first page. Their photo shoot, thanks to Mina's BFF, Karen and her matchmaking intentions, brought their passion to simmer. From then on, it boiled over. I hated the bullying that Jessie had endured. I hated that Jessie's homecoming date bailed on her, but the boy next door saved the day. It was an awesome start to the series.

3.5 stars -I bought this book after reading the excerpt on the authors page, which I really liked and I am glad that I read it. It was really well written and i would read more by this author. The build up and passion between Eric and Mina was great, the photo shoot scene being my favourite. I did enjoy this book but it was just too short. I wished this book could have delved deeper into both characters. I didn't know Eric that well and would have loved to hear a few of his thoughts as well. I just felt that I couldn't loose myself in it because we were just skimming the surface and I felt there was just so much more to tell.
