About Andre Farant

I studied English Literature at Carleton University. Since then I have developed an indescribably aimless resume.

I have worked as a security guard, a Court Services Officer, a model, an actor, a teacher of English as a second language, a project coordinator for an NGO, and a Research Officer with the Government of Canada.

I have eaten whale in Iceland, live octopus in South Korea, and beaver tail in Canada.

I am a working writer and have had pieces published in Micro Horror, Weird Year, The Midwest Literary Magazine, and the “Off Season” anthology.

I currently reside in Montreal, Quebec.

I think we've all been there at one time or another. Great story, told well.

Very creepy. I loved that it's first-person so you can really get inside this character's descent into madness. The only reason I'm not giving it a 5 is that I wish it was a little longer; I feel like the story ends before the journey does. (If that makes sense.)

Overall, highly recommended for a good creep-out.

Very well written. Became grimmer and moodier as it went on - perfect as the writing was the man and changed as he did.
I pictured it all... saw him and felt his pain... even as it became more creepy.
So good!
And thank you for the 3 chapters, as well.
Beautifully and carefully thought out.
