A 2012 Book that Comes with Instructions!

What an informative and timely read! This non-fiction how to lays it all out with practical steps to make it through a challenging time. Something of a metaphysics 101, the book can either teach you something new or remind you of certain truths of how things work including the seven natural laws of the universe. She offers such advice as staying connected to the universal energy or God and concepts like how we plan our life before we are born, and free will allows us to change aspects of that plan.

Reading the fact that we may be feeling “a quickening and a sense of restlessness” will prod you to look further into what’s going on. Ms. Kokla raises questions that get you to ask more questions and think for yourself, not believing everything that is handed to you and how to tell the difference of what's true.

I’m not going to spoil the predictions, but I will say that they are eventful and symbolic in a way that you’ll find yourself joining with her in figuring out what they may mean, and hindsight will hone our ability to trust both hers and our own insights. The summary in chapter six is worth a hundred times the small price of this book.

Her writing style was down to earth (no pun intended) and easy to understand, with to the point information without unnecessary fluff. I got the sense that I was sitting at a kitchen table having a chat with a friend, a very wise friend. I recommend this book to anyone who is the slightest bit apprehensive of our near future or someone with a curiosity on how things work in the cosmic sense.
