About Elouise R East

Elouise R East writes all things taboo. Her characters, however flawed and kinky, come to life on the page, unfolding in front of her, and she has very little input into how they want to be shown. Just like real life, the lives of her characters change with every choice, every interaction and every conversation. And she wouldn’t have it any other way.

Can be read as a standalone but the other characters from the previous books are mentioned, Niko and Wyatt. I think I missed that one so I'm going to go back and read it. Their characters were intriguing but I don't feel like I missed anything vital reading them out of order.

This book is very taboo. It is also very sexy and sweet and well written with great world building and wonderful characters. It is short but still covers enough of their relationship to feel complete and I enjoyed their story from start to finish.

Always reliant on each other in some way, twins Scott and Devon’s lives have been closely intertwined from living together to relationships.
When deeper feelings stir between them, they find themselves exploring a new direction in their relationship that will have lasting consequences.

A relatively low angst, taboo read that is engaging and well developed. I liked that the main characters are older and more set in life. The progression of their relationship felt more natural for them.
A thoroughly enjoyable read.

Beautifully written couldn't put it down.
Twins Scott and Devon have been extremely close all their lives, even living together as adults. Both date but always go out as a foursome, never having long term relationships as partners think it's strange being so close to their brother/twin.
After watching porn one night , their relationship changes.
This book describes some of the hard decisions they have to make. But they find friends at the club Freedom who have been through what they are going through.
Devon has always needed,/relied on Scott. And Scott would do anything in his power to keep Devon safe and happy
Thoroughly enjoyed, can be read as standalone, but great to read rest of books as previous characters mentioned in this book

Wow! Short, steamy, emotional and impactful as we see twins, Scott and Devon, begin to cross from brothers who are always together to brothers wo are together always... this is a fairly low angst read that gives us a glimpse into how this pair become a couple and navigate the taboo nature of their relationship while melting the screen of my kindle... This book can be read standalone, but does mention the couples from the first three Collide books - all navigating different taboo relationships.

As with all of Elouise East's taboo books, I wished this was longer because it was so good and steamy and sweet. Though this the 4th book in the Collide series, this can be read as a standalone. There is small cameos from characters of the previous books in the series, but they are introduced and explained well enough that you do not need to read the previous books.

I liked that it didn't take long for the twins do something with each other and to reciprocate their feelings for each other. It's pretty low-angst in that there is no back-and-forth or waffling (maybe for a little bit). They know they want each other and they get right to the affectionate gestures, touching, and hot hot hot smutty scenes. There's no discovery scene, but there is mention of 2 coworkers of Devon's finding out, but it wasn't a big blow-out, so this still remained pretty low-angst.

I also liked that Scott and Devon were able to meet the other 'cest couples as a source of support and friendship. That was very heartwarming and such a nice touch to the book. I also liked that Scott and Devon are older MCs at 35-years-old. Almost all twincest/brocest books have the MCs around the new-adult age between 18 and early 20s, so it's refreshing to read ones in their mid-30s.

Cannot wait for the next taboo book from Elouise East. She writes them so well, and even though it always takes place in the UK, the speech, text, and grammar is not a problem at all and everything flowed very smoothly.
