I have always enjoyed going to the gym and keeping fit, and from a very young age i had a keen interest in weights training and fitness. I would write my own meal plans for healthy eating and research much about diets. This worked really well and I could see great benefits and could get the results I wanted. I started working with people within my family and friends on weight loss techniques, and that was when I realised there was something missing from a weight loss plan..

So for sometime I wrote up an exercise plan in conjunction with a healthy eating routine to help them lose weight, I thought if it has worked so well for me then it will work well for others. I realised that wasn't the case, though this was true to some extent I found that many of the people I helped lost weight to begin with had put the weight back on over some period of time. I found this somewhat a disappointment as my family and friends were not getting the results as expected.

I then realised that there was something really missing from general weight loss plans, and that was when I started learning about hypnotherapy and NLP. I found out that it wasn't just the diet and the exercise but it was a change in a persons habits. To make a significant change we will need to change the habits we have around food and eating, we can go on a diet, but if we cannot change our habits we will go back to our old ingrained habits.

Now, I work closely with people looking to lose weight and keeping it off. Providing them with tools and techniques they can use for the rest of their lives. Cutting edge techniques to removing habits, cravings, emotional eating habits and much more. Its also rewarding knowing that you can help someone to lose weight and really take control of their life and their health.
