Review by: Melissa Ashcroft on Jan. 06, 2012 :
I have the hard copy of this book and I absolutely loved it. The only thing is that with a hard copy, once you write in it, you have to get a new one, or tack on pieces of paper. The beauty of this book as an eBook is that you can use your iPad or Kindle, or computer as a companion diary, constantly edit, and keep up with the exercises. This is a very easy book to read, but it's hard to do. It takes work to get over an ex, but with the help of The Breakup Workbook, I was able to accomplish it. The companion forum at really helped too. It was good to know that I really was not alone. I recommend this book to all my friends who are going through a breakup. It's the first thing I pick up when I am questioning my relationship too!
