A good read, especially for the price. having worked in kitchens, I can say the Author has really captured the essence of kitchens in service, plus the oversized egos of some of the chefs working in them. Very vivid descriptions of life in a kitchen and some great examples. Would love to know ho the chefs she refers to are. Worth every penny, but very cheap in any case!
