About Tim Baer

After wasting close to 30 years of his life on Wicca and a life of paganism, Tim, now in his 50s, came to know Messiah in 1998. Since then, he has done as much as possible to make up for those wasted years. A disabled US Navy Desert Storm veteran, he lives in Texas with his wife of 25+ years plus a pack of critters. He is currently working for a concrete company where he is busy playing in the mud with a big truck. When he is not at work, or at home busy pounding out more Sci-Fi on his laptop, his time is taken up serving his cats, the LORD, his wife and his dogs--not quite in that order (but don't tell the cats).

This was excellent. I could feel the emotion and see the room. Certainly the frustrated dad was a character that I could relate to--two kids with active imaginations.

Believable characters and brilliant imagery. A quick and enjoyable read that has the perfect amount of humor to it. The story plays like a movie-- easy to visualize without feeling bogged down by unnecessary descriptions (good job on that one!), with an adorably brave protagonist. I re-read it when trying to come up with a review and it lost none of its charm the second time around. I will be recommending it!

Toys in the Attic has always been just the name of my favorite Aerosmith album UNTIL NOW! Tim has written yet another amazing story. What I love about Tim's writing is that as I am reading I can actually see the characters and setting in my mind.(there is no need for an illustrator for sure!) From now on when someone mentions toys in the attic I will think of Uriah, his teddy bear, thier adventure and the resolve. Thank's Tim .. WRITE MORE SOON!!
