The book was a decent read but contained only very basic information. Anyone even slightly "awake" should already have this knowledge. However, it is great that this information is out there and readily available.

Also, there are a considerable amount of typos. I would recommend having someone proof read it for you.

This was an interesting read. Whether it's true or not I don't know but nothing would surprise me. I do believe that we are being lied to and that there is general lack of honesty and transparency In hIgh places. This could well be true. Moral of story - change to Mediterranean diet and avoid sugar.

Waste of time reading this, basically keep away from junk food, eat only veg, fruits, nuts, etc, exercise naturally. The author just skims the surface and makes out that he's making this important revelation. It is so superficial a kid could have written it after visiting a few sites on wholesome nutrition. No real facts are presented, just "sugar is bad for you". Perhaps if he said exactly why it is bad for you it would convince some folks to stop consuming it. Saying "it makes you fat" is just half the story. Poor effort.
