Multi-national, close to 60, with years of gathering all-source information concerning the areas of my writing. I use my gift of dyslexia to view things and make the pieces of the puzzle fit. I am a social activist and believe that everyone deserves the right to the truth about the pandemics of health problems and equally the chance to slow, stop and reverse the effects of our governments lies to each and everyone of us. I have little tolerance for injustice and tend to do everything that I can to help people and right what I believe to be wrong, even at my own detriment.
I believe that social projects such as Facebook and Twitter can be used as tools to make things better at the speed of electronic communication.

The book was a decent read but contained only very basic information. Anyone even slightly "awake" should already have this knowledge. However, it is great that this information is out there and readily available.
Also, there are a considerable amount of typos. I would recommend having someone proof read it for you.

Happy to have read but learned nothing new - maybe the book needs to find a different, less enlightened audience?

This was an interesting read. Whether it's true or not I don't know but nothing would surprise me. I do believe that we are being lied to and that there is general lack of honesty and transparency In hIgh places. This could well be true. Moral of story - change to Mediterranean diet and avoid sugar.

Waste of time reading this, basically keep away from junk food, eat only veg, fruits, nuts, etc, exercise naturally. The author just skims the surface and makes out that he's making this important revelation. It is so superficial a kid could have written it after visiting a few sites on wholesome nutrition. No real facts are presented, just "sugar is bad for you". Perhaps if he said exactly why it is bad for you it would convince some folks to stop consuming it. Saying "it makes you fat" is just half the story. Poor effort.
