There is NO DIET to follow. These are general principles which have worked with patients. They asked me to write them down so they could have them in hand. More
I never put my patients on a diet. There are guiding principles which allow them to be in control without feeling deprived. Following this information, each person can work out what will be best for them. If, for example, dinner with friends requires eating something not ideal, they just return to their own program the next day. There is no guilt at a variation. Since this is under their own control, achieving the goal they've set is their victory.
