Although I love cooking and experimenting with different cuisines, Indian food always seemed so daunting to me! After purchasing Tasty & Thin I now know this is not true! What a gem this cookbook has been – step-by-step instructions, easy recipes and delicious dishes. My first creation was the chicken curry and it was amazing! With helpful tips like freezing the remaining sauce in ice cube trays for the next time you use it to a glossary of spices, this cookbook is great for someone who wants to create healthy (read no creams, butter or heavy oils) and amazing Indian food. Highly recommended for someone wanting to try their hands at this cuisine or just looking for clean and natural cooking. Yum!

This is a must read and must purchase for any lover of Indian Food. The recipes are simple and fun to use and the food amazing. If you are a vegetarian its excelllent... Its great for everything. I am a bit biased as its my elder sisters book. If you do not like a recipe let me know and i will cook it for you...ja ja.
