An important work that will be hugely beneficial to anyone who struggles with weight issues. It actually transcends dieting and allows you to develop a mindfulness in eating. That is something essential in order to maintain a healthy life style and to continue to grow. For those of us who may need MORE training I recommend Aaron's online course on this same topic. It could change your life for the better and put you on the road to health and happiness.

Aaron Hoopes’ ‘Zen Anti-Diet’ is a very well written book which I would recommend to anyone and everyone. Aaron gives us not only practical easy to follow advice on eating for health and harmony, but also points out some of the poisons we are putting into our bodies that we may not be aware of and can avoid. This is not just another diet/weight loss book – it is something much more valuable, and I would say without a doubt this is the best diet related book I have ever read. We are not given rigid, unrealistic exercise programs to follow, or crazy diets we must stick to. In fact Aaron brings us back to simplicity which I believe is much needed in this busy world of ours. This book is a must read not only for those wishing to lose weight simply, effectively and permanently, but also for all who wish to reduce their stress levels, increase their vitality and enjoy a well-balanced healthy life.

Aaron Hoopes' Zen Anti-Diet e-book is far the best I ever had in my hands regarding healthy eating, dieting and life style. Aaron's recommendations are without any pressure, the book very well written and explained. I not only gained more knowledge around food and dieting but also a calmer daily life style.
I highly recommend this wonderful e-book to seekers of weight loss and to everyone for a healthier life style in general.
If we bring our body, mind and spirit into harmony, the life changes are fullfilling in a way I never experienced it before.
Thank you, Aaron, for your courage to stand up and educate people about dieting and all the stuff which goes with it out there in the mercenary world and guiding us to a healthier awareness for life.
