The Universe Doesn't Give a Flying Fuck About You

Rated 5.00/5 based on 4 reviews
The universe is very big. You are very small. You're so small and so insignificant in the big picture that you don't even register. The universe was here before you were born and will be here after you're gone, and your life is barely a blip on its radar. If your life is to matter, it's won't matter to the universe. Stop worrying so much about what others think. It's time to do some epic shit. More

This book is for anyone who needs to be reminded of what to do (or not), during their existence, as well as that what other people think of their decision should mean..nothing, and the only thing that matters is what you think of yourself.
In some way, many people could use this book as a (more tangible) guide to live and living than any given religious doctrine. Oops, taking a risk at hurting some feelings, but wtf, that's life. 😀

An EXCELLENT kick in the behind! I'm keeping this story on my person for whenever I feel lazy or feel sorry for myself. In a very In-your-face way it's inspirational, funny, and makes one think. Never thought I'd say thanks for getting a kick in the bum! I recommend that everyone read this!

You have an interesting viewpoint on life, the universe and everything, but by your rationale, life means nothing and we might as well all go and jump off a bridge. With all due respect, I think you are overlooking the meaning of life. We all have a choice; we can let life take us where it takes us, or we can dive headfirst into that deep, dark abyss that is the afterlife; the unknown. The choice is ours, and that, my friend, is what the meaning of life is all about.

I can't make up my mind whether to be depressed or uplifted by this short piece. I do KNOW I have to get off my ass and DO SOMETHING. And then again, what does it matter if I do or I don't?
