About G. J. Phoenix

Hi! I'm G. J. and I love books. Yup, proud nerd, party of one. With a name like G. J., I guess I was always meant to be a writer, I mean, seriously, my parents didn't even spell my abnormal name in a normal way. When I realized my childhood of constantly getting in trouble for "telling stories" is now considered on-the-job training, I saw how right it was to follow my dreams. It can be lonely, and completely terrifying, but it doesn't suck at all to go to work every day in your pajamas. So if you like a good story, and love some adventure with a good dose of romance, you've found the "write" place to hang.

Check me out on social media, I'm everywhere, or at least I try to be, and I love to talk to my readers. My books can be found on and more information on them can be found on Thanks for stopping by!

Review by: E. K. Neolune on Sep. 23, 2012 :
Wonderful, highly recommend this book.

Phoenix not only draws heavily on African mythology, she's taking the reader to multiple locations cherished by followers of Christianity, Judaism and Islam to show their commonality rather than their differences. Read it because its entertaining, love it because it can change your heart.
