This book is the first in a series covering the subject of writing in a business context. The whole series is aimed at those who feel the need for some guidance on improving their business documentation. Those just moving into the sphere of writing business documents and junior staff wishing to advance within their company or organisation would find these books of benefit. Whilst such people are often very able and accomplished at what they do in terms of their primary role, sometimes they need a little guidance in order to enhance their business writing skills.
In this book I have tried to explain some of the basic principles and techniques applicable to the preparation of a range of documentation commonly encountered in the work place. What I have presented in this series of books I have learned by actually producing a multitude of documents throughout my career.
