About Michael Blair

Michael Blair’s first story was accepted for publication in his high school yearbook, but they lost the manuscript. He then set his sights on becoming a commercial artist, but after a rude awakening in the advertising department of a national retail chain, and a two-week (sic) stint in the RCAF, he started his collection of rejection slips. He’s worked as a truck driver, quality control clerk in a gasket factory, graphic designer, carpenter, second hand bookstore proprietor, copy writer, art reviewer, computer administrator, and, since 1994, as a freelance technical writer/editor. To date he’s published five mystery novels.

Review by: Maureen McCormick on Dec. 7, 2012 :
I thoroughly enjoyed this amateur sleuth mystery. The breezy tone and light comedy were wonderful, and Tom McCall is a wonderful character.

I look forward to reading more in the series!
