Prayer is a complex, universal, and yet little understood practice. Usually, it's seen as making a request to a deity, or sometimes as a conversation. At another level, it can become a means of seeking harmony or unity with a divine plan or process, which seems to be the case with this lovely set of affirmations. Here, then, are prayers I imagine even an atheist can apply in clear conscience.
