T J Askren is a middle-aged tomboy on a mortal journey who has given up trying to make sense of anything. She just tries to roll with the punches.

She drinks too much coffee, obsessively collects notebooks and pens and is happiest when she is cruising a long winding road on her motorcycle.

She is an INFP who prefers the company of 4-legged creatures.

She was raised in Cincinnati, OH and graduated with a Bachelors of Nursing from the Ohio State University. She has been a critical care/emergency RN for 27 years. She has published short stories in "Frighten the Horses" and "Common Lives."
She lives in Ashland, Oregon with her partner and two felines.

Loved It. This moving and emotional journey of two women in their separate lives is beautifully captured. The characters are well developed, and the tale is one that every reader can relate to in one way or another. You are reminded of the simple, but important things in life; family, love, trust, and truth. This is an excellent book.
