Emily Virosa

Rated 5.00/5 based on 1 reviews
Emily Virosa is the first novel in a trilogy by Zack Hunter that was improvised somewhere in the mountains of California over the course of thirteen nights in the summer of 2012; paving the way for a new breed of fiction that playfully instigates the phenomenological possibilities of who and what we are. It isn’t exactly a love story any more than a synesthetic map to the other side of reality. More

About Zack Hunter

Zack Hunter is a synesthetic insomniac who loves nothing more than to explore the mysterious nature of our being. He was born in California after being implanted in a laboratory and has been writing ever since his first puff of cannabis at thirteen.

Review by: Felix Corazon on Aug. 03, 2012 :
I give Emily Virosa five stars for trailblazing into another dimension. I would recommend this book to others who are interested in things related to the exploration of consciousness. It's slightly reminiscent of Burroughs, but in a completely new and different way. I like how most, but not all, of the narrative is written from the perspective of someone with synesthesia. It makes this very interesting and fun to get absorbed into.
