Enjoyable short story, well suited for a pre-teen or teenage reader. The ending was abrupt.

The premise of this book is great; no doubt there were a number of these type of friendships made and and then tragically lost in the short time the Titanic sailed. Unfortunately the story does not fulfill its potential; it isn't long enough to flesh out the characters and it suffers dreadfully from a lack of editing, especially towards the end. I enjoyed what there was, however, and I would quite like to see the author develop the plot further and expand the story into a full novella.

Great original story. Not perfect, but mostly well-written - thank you for sharing. :)
