I'd somehow missed the fact this was a follow-up to another of the author's story, so ended up reading this one first. I don't feel my reading experience suffered for doing so though. In fact, I actually think this follow-up story is even better than the one it's meant to follow (regardless of which order you read them in).

This is a great story, which manages to be cute, funny, and terrifying, all at the same time.

This follow-up to Ms Lowd's story The Necromouser is fabulous. The zombie apocalypse is closer than you think!
