I stayed with this short story even though I didn't think it made much sense until the end. And then I don't feel the first ninety percent of the story fit the epilogue that did make sense. The first part read more like a horror story. The editing needs work, not terrible but not good either.

A compelling read, written from the first person. I quite enjoy this genre, when not written from the Deux Ex Machina standpoint, where the reader knows more than the charater about what is happening. It really draws you into the character's plight, puts you into his shoes, and leaves you bewildered. Most books nowadays try to spoon-feed you many of the details, and this one gets you thinking.

I usually don't read psychological thriller type books. But this one was recommended to me so I thought I would give it a shot. All I have to say is...WOW!

What a ride! This gem will have you guessing and guessing at every turn. My intent was to read about half, then finish the next day. I couldn't put it down and finished it in one shot!

I never right reviews either but this story is special and just can't be passed up.
