About Joan Barbara Simon

Dr Joan Barbara Simon writes historical fiction, romance novels and erotic literary fiction. Her novel, Mut@tus (2009), was shortlisted for the Eight Cuts Gallery Prize. Her historical novel, Long Time Walk on Water (2009), has been described as 'a reggae-type experience full of pride, poise & grace' (Goodreads). Joan's latest work of erotic literary fiction - Verses Nature - has been called compulsive repulsive reading. '200% delicious sin and literary genius', It tells of an erotic Kampf that could well end tragically...

'I've been called a literary terrorist. I rather like that. I've also been called a woman with a dick. I like that even more.'

Joan lives in Luxembourg and has recently completed a second Ph.D. She's now on the lookout for new challenges.
