Bailey and I are both Florida natives. I’m a girl cat from the wrong side of the tracks. Bailey is a Bengal from West Palm Beach! This guy came on a visit to stay with my loving human parents a few years ago, and would you believe the audacity, he forgot to leave! Now Mom and Dad call him my brother. “Be nice to your brother, ” my parents always say. Well, I am nice to him. When he sidles past me I always give him a facial massage with my paw. Perhaps “facial massage” is a little understated, but I’m being nice, compared to what I could be, and he needs constant reminding that “Girls Rule” in our house, something that Dad also has trouble remembering from time to time. Instead of fur, like the rest of us felines, Mr. ‘Uppity’ Bengal here, from West Palm isn’t covered in fur. He’s adorned with a PELT ! Whatever! My life's work, and it appears to be just that, is to make sure Bailey returns to the bosom of his original family in West Palm. Unfortunately, in spite of some truly brilliant schemes of mine, he's still here!
