Review by: Nicholas Bridgman on Aug. 03, 2016 :
This pleasantly written novel takes the reader on a journey through Sammi’s doomed love affair with her supposed “Prince Charming,” Max, which leads her from Australia to England to Greece. Along the way she gains many insights into the realities of love and dating, especially that “‘There’s just no way to know if some charmer is going to end up screwing you over.’” A key theme is that dating is like Russian roulette, with apparent nice guys actually being deceiving. Another good insight is that “‘We all do stupid things when our hearts are involved,’” reminding us that love leads many towards less intelligent, mistaken, otherwise inexplicable actions. Although there are some difficult emotional situations in the novel, a sense of buoyancy and optimism pervades the writing. Even the hard times are enshrouded with happiness, togetherness, and positive feelings in the characters’ relationships, such as when Sammi’s friend Liam comforts her in her troubles with Max, his presence becoming “a balm, soothing me into some semblance of comfort and keeping the worst of the pain away.” Also in the end Liam becomes a more suitable lover for Sammi than Max. The novel ends with a fitting moral, that when we take care of ourselves first, love will often follow. The happiness in the writing is welcome and appealing, particularly when so many books focus on conflict and negativity.

Easily addictive, one-in-a-breath reading, couldn't stop until you eat it raw!
But it also offers some clever ending and afterthought!
Recommended for anyone currently in a relationship, or thinking of having one!

Not only will you get sweet love story but also great descriptions of beautiful islands of the world! Friendship and love definitely make the world go round! I hope Soma will write a sequel of this book coz I'll be the first in line :) Bravo!
