Leslie is a passionate and creative writer who has written hundreds of hypnosis scripts and Guided Meditations for clients all over the world. For her, writing is just another form of artistic expression with the page as her canvas. She is proficient in all types of writing and researching and specializes in hypnotherapy scripts, guided meditations, academic writing and pieces related to psychology or health and wellness. Her work is creative and unique, and her content comes from the heart and things she feels passionate about. Leslie is also an educator and passionate promoter of health and wellness with a flair for writing and creating things that motivate and inspire people. Writing has always been her passion and she loves nothing more than writing creative pieces that help people obtain the motivation they need to fulfill their dreams.
Leslie is an Advanced Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, who also happens to hold a Master of Arts degree in Psychology Health and Wellness. She completed her Masters degree program from the University of the Rockies in Colorado Springs, CO where she learned how to ethically support organizations in development of proactive wellness models that impact state, national and global community life.
Leslie also holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from the University of Cincinnati, College of Design, Architecture, Art & Planning and has been interested in and studying various methods of holistic healing for the last 20 years. Her interest in hypnosis stemmed from her experience with meditation after she had trouble turning her mind off and reaching a meditative state. After discovering how easy it was to reach an Alpha state with hypnosis, she was hooked.
Leslie trained at the New England Institute of Hypnotherapy and she has a passion for helping people live their best life and her philosophy is simple: everything is energy, everything is connected and the mind has the capacity to heal the body, given the right tools and circumstances. She is a firm believer in the healing art of Hypnotherapy and other relaxation techniques, which will help relieve stress and anxiety, improve well-being, decrease muscle tension, increase self-confidence, improve concentration and many other things.
