About Andrew Thomas

Author of self-help guide 'Quit Smoking Forever' and time travel novella 'The Right Side of Time.

Andrew Thomas was born in the UK, but grew up in Zambia and then South Africa. He later returned to England where he joined the Parachute Regiment, and served with them for four years, before starting his own online retail business.

In 2012 he self published a how-to guide detailing how he gave up smoking for good, and in 2016 he wrote his first time travel novella, which he entered into a global writing competition. For fun Andrew enjoys running the occasional ultra marathon, and loves to read anything about everything.

After reading this self-help book about quitting smoking it has given me (as a non-smoker) plenty of reasons to never go there! It's hard hitting and straight to the point on how harmful and addictive smoking can be.

A great read. I would highly recommend this book if you are a smoker and you want a direct approach on how to quit!
