This book is a great tool for accomplishing all of the things we want to do in life. It is about making the plan and working the plan. But, it is more than that...much more than that...

Dale is a very upbeat and positive writer. You know by the end of the book that you can do anything: lose that weight, get a new job, perfect that golf swing.

I was inspired to DOCUMENT 5 goals that I will accomplish but just haven't committed to yet. This process will do more than get me started, it will keep be positive and focused.

I highly recommend this book for any reader in any circumstance. It is easy to read and follow the 7 steps. In hind sight, we all should have started this practice in high school and used through adult life. But it is not too late.

Review by: Gary Christenson on Oct. 07, 2012 :
This book is easy to read but it is not simplistic. Mr. Stuemke defines the process whereby we assess our circumstances, set our goal, establish a target date to make the goal real, create an action plan, visualize and suggest positive imagery to our subconscious mind, execute the plan, and track progress and reassess as necessary. Most of us know some of the steps but we often fall short creating a viable plan and executing that plan. This book will help.

It all sounds easy, but like most things in life, there is much more in the process and in the understanding of the steps to success. Mr Stuemke understands the subtleties and explains them in very readable terms.

I use the book. I recommend it.
