This book initially grabbed me, and I couldn't read fast enough. But it seemed to become, for me, a bit tedious as the story continued: Joanne, Gerry and their great-grandfather's pharmaceutical company, Nightingale. I ended up basically scimming most of the book, continuing to look for the initial, fast pace but never did find it. Overall, a very good story and easy to follow.

While this book starts off technical in nature, it rebounds nicely into a very interesting story. I loved the technical side, but if that does not interest you, keep reading. The rest of this story is written in a captivating style. It was a book that I did not want to put down.
