This little gem of a recipe book has it all. From the mouth-watering illustrations to the clear instructions to the adventurous selections, it is far more valuable than the small asking price. I've only tried about half the recipes, but they have all been big hits with my family. If I had to choose a favorite, it would be the FRUITY CURRY CHICKEN SALAD. The just-right sweetness of the fruit along with the aromatic spiciness of the curry has me craving this dish at least once a week. And the AUSSIE CHICKEN FROM DOWN UNDER got rave reviews when I had company. Just be prepared for everyone asking for second helpings--and the recipe!
