Jassin did a great job describing the characters and situations they were in. I kept telling myself ok one more page and its time for bed, but I couldn't put it down and wanted to know more. I would recommend this book to anyone and can see this moving to the big screen. Job well done!

I would definitely recommend this book to others, especially those familiar with the Detroit area. The author makes mention of Woodward Ave, Hart Plaza and Joe Louis while also giving a subtle "shout out" to the company 5-Hour Energy who have roots in Michigan. There is excellent attention to detail regarding weapons, tactics and gear used by police and military. The story flows well, with several unexpected turns, while the end is left open for future writings.
