About Lakshmi Gosyne

Lakshmi Gosyne is a graphic designer, writer, self-published author and teacher. She was born in Trinidad and Tobago, lived in Canada for 24 years before moving to New Zealand. She worked as a preschool and primary school teacher for many years before writing articles on her yoga and meditation hobby. These articles paved the way for an e-book and book called Your Peace Diet: Using Yoga Principles to Reduce Stress and Anxiety. Her work with children helped her create Jungle Walk: A Yoga Story for Kids. She has also helped many clients with their website design, marketing and copy. She currently lives in Auckland with her husband.
