OMG why have I not read this book already. In Sarah's Shadow is a American Historical. This story is about two people that meet through tragedy and the trials of living in the snow covered Colorado mountains. David has lost his wife to murder and Roberta has been in an accident and can't find her family. She wonders through the snow and finds his cabin.David has given up hope and is living in the bottom of a whiskey bottle, Roberta is hopeful that she can be reunited with her family. I love love love this story and I recommend it as a must read.
