Dark Lands: Beast Wars

Rated 4.88/5 based on 8 reviews
Dey has a taste for ancient treasure—Keg is the one assigned to guard it. Ancient ziggurats protected by forgotten technology are no match for Dey, but Keg is one challenge she can't dismiss.

Sexy and irrepressible, Keg doesn't understand why the woman in the pink snakeskin jacket would swagger around with a gun. What better way to keep her out of trouble than to make her his own?

I've read the rest of the Darklands Series and this being the last did not disappoint.. Great book! I love how this last book gave a huge insight to the Symbiont people. Now I know about the Haunts, the Symbionts, and the Beasts! Can't wait to see if she has another book coming out! Would definatley read it!

I like some books in this series more than others, mostly determined by relative wimpiness or strength of the heroines, but this book is definitely my favorite since The Charmer. If you like Heroes who don't know the meaning of the word quit, or Heroines who leave spunky for little girls and are just bad-ass, then this book is for you.
