Some of the plot lines were intriguing yet were never explored and sorry but you walk in on you ex (even if you are fated to be together) and he's surrounded by naked women (which hello she walked in our her bf and his slut which ended that relationship), seems a bit unbelievable that she'd put that out of her mind and cave into his ways. There is some seriously disturbed mental issues that need to be addressed there Lanie!

This is nice, dramatic short (relatively speaking) story to get to keep you busy for a couple of hours. I look at this as a mini soap opera, with the drama and emotional scenes and dialogue involved. I would've liked to have read a little more depth with the characters, but there was enough where you can feel the tension and emotion between our main couple Lanie and Noel.

I would've liked to read something about Lanie that makes her stand out a little more. I just felt her character was missing a certain, unique spark. She had her moments and as a character I liked her, but overall I continuously felt something was missing. Like a picture that needs a color to make it pop to the viewer.

Noel, on the other hand, is quite a character himself. I actually found his behavior and personality very charming, especially when we first meet him. I was taken with his passion for Lanie. He has a good blend of the hard rocker and sensitive romantic.

This book was good, but there were others that really captured my attention and feelings. I would have liked for the book to have gone a little deeper with our characters. Especially the conflict between Noel and his father. There was real potential for a subplot for Noel and take his character a little further. I was a little disappointed that situation was dealt with more. Hence why I couldn't give this a book a higher rating. However, there was enough romance, hot love scenes, and drama to keep me entertained.

Loved the "bad boy" image portrayed by Noel. I remember my own youth & thought rock stars were hot! Couldn't put the story down!

This book was awesome and had everything in it. Suspense, tension, buildup, romance, steam and drama! This is the first book I have read by Michelle and I fully intend to read all of her other works. Plus, I have a soft spot for rockstars...

That was beautiful! I felt Lanie and Noel's love for each other through the words that were written and also felt their torture. I couldn't help but fall in love myself. Can't wait to read more books by Michelle Valentine.
