This book starts with the analysis of the "coltan business" in the Democratic Republic of Congo" and its humanitarian consequences, especially for civilians. However, this is not just a critique to the traditional, short-term, way to do business. The main idea is, in fact, to use those principles retrieved from the moral philosophy, such as the Kantian "moral imperative" also in the business world.
