I really enjoyed this book. I read it in two days as it compelled me to finish it so I could see what happened to all the women. I could vividly picture the coffee shop and all the women due to the author's great development of the characters and her detail about New Orleans gave me a real feel for the city.

Beautiful and captivating writing - and this coming from someone who doesn't typically read this genre of book. Throughout, I was eager to read how things unfold and followed it with emotion. Skilled writing that has yielded an intelligent and humane work of art that addresses the female condition and penetrates the soul of women.

Excellent read. I thoroughly enjoyed it and did not want to put it down. The characters were so life-like and likable, you could totally relate. Great book club material, and would make an awesome chick flick.
