Bryan has engaged an entire community, including elected officials, school boards, business owners, community based organizations and residents to develop and implement agreed upon strategies and programs to serve low-income residents; immigrants; the unemployed and under-employed.
Described as a leader, business owner, author, educator, family man and friend to many, Bryan desires to leave a legacy of significance. Most people wish for success. Many even achieve success. Bryan explains that achieving success is not enough. He believes with achievement comes the responsibility to teach others how to achieve. Significance is being able to help others become successful.

Bryan enjoys spending time with his family and strengthening his spirituality.
He plays competitive baseball and softball. He also enjoys watching sporting events of all ages. Believing that without your health, nothing else matters, Bryan has committed to increasing his time at the gym for year-round fitness.
Bryan volunteers with multiple agencies to stop domestic violence, bullying, and to increase mentorship programs for youth.
