Gavin Talbot is one of the best criminals the world doesn't know about. Known to the Police only as Raven, Gavin is left wondering what to do when a job gets interrupted. The obvious answer seems to be: 'Find the next job'.
After years of struggling with the Daily Grind, yearning for something more, James gave it all up to become an writer. As well as some fiction, he also writes about heroic mass murderers, sorry, videogames at BeefJack.com. Also: HUGE geek
This story has huge room for development. The character's are interesting, especially Gavin. As the review below said one main thread was ignored which, if worked on could be made into a very interesting story
The pitch is an interesting plot with an interesting MC, if you like mystical characters. At the beginning someone intrudes on the MCs work and he doesn't know who this stranger is or how he was found out. Then the incident is never mentioned again in the story. I felt there was another story there but it was just ignored. Some mention should have been made of the MCs concerns or what he was going to do about it or something. The remainder of the story was a letdown.
