About Mike White

I'm going to try to throw as much wacky science fiction/fantasy, and non-fiction comedy at you as you can handle. I'll have more books coming really soon in the Blood Calls You Back Series and the world of Reality Zero.

After a long delay to get my ducks in a row, they are finally coming now. Especially books from my world "Newcomer."

I love helping out other writers who have their own great stories to share, and I'm a prolific reader and reviewer.

"You're talking on the phone while climbing a rope ladder."
I agree with the majority of the reviews for this story. Very funny Ninja and I love the intro video.

Very funny - good dialogue and metaphor - my favourite being "He only ever showed
up when you’d rather be shot out of cannon into a pool full of razors "

Enjoyed it!

I found the title interesting, but I could find no logical reason, Adam is employed. Surely there is more than one temp agency in town and if Adam is the quality of staff offered by Graham's agency I would not be using there services again.

One of the funniest reads I've found in a long time. I found myself wishing there was more.

Funny story with an unexpected ending. I wouldn't blame Graham if he did put a hit out on Lloyd.

This was a great short story. I especially laughed at the paper Ninja stars! And the ending was superb as the boss realized that he shafted himself!

Kind of reminded me of that TV show THE OFFICE where people work in this place that is really boring and some of their co-workers are real jerks, but there's an underlying humor in how serious some of them take it. Also it's kind of like the Dilbert comic strip but bending toward (but not quite) an R rating.

This is kind of like the movie Clerks but with temps in the office environment. This author has a sharp sense of humor and uses a lot of comical scenes and observations. There are some good gas like references to bodily functions, people being injured, mocking each other. I encourage this author to keep going, keep writing and keep applying their sense of humor to create comical stories.

This is one of the funniest stories I ever read. It´s original, short and delicious to read. The main character is not the one in the spotlight, which makes it so much better. I loved the twist in the ending, and how the author wrote it, which made it more of a surprise, a very nice and hilarious one.
I will look for another stories of the same author, indeed.

Oh man, so funny, but at the same time it sounds like the author has actually worked in the temp industry (ugh) where IMO no one really fits in. Especially not a ninja, so it's good satire. There's a twist ending, too, which was actually kind of inspiring. Loved it!
