Retail Ramblings

Rated 3.00/5 based on 1 reviews
After spending a decade in the service industry, I can say with certainty that the moment the average person enters a retail establishment, his heart shrivels to a blackened lump of selfishness and deceit while his ego grows to levels usually reserved for politicians and corporate executives.

Experience the true horror of life through my eyes, the eyes of the customer service representative.

Kevin Domenic has been writing fantasy novels since age fourteen. Born in 1980, Kevin grew up in Thomas Edison's hometown of West Orange, New Jersey. Now living in St. Louis and pursing his writing career, Kevin's goal is not to create books, but worlds.

Although his current focus is the Fourth Dimension series, other unrelated projects are in the works as well.

Review by: Melanie Hungerford on Jan. 31, 2011 :
I work in a restaurant so I could relate to some of the incidents the author writes about. I found it to be funny, although a little bit too "whiney" and went on a little too much repeating some of the same ideas. Overall I'd still recommend reading this if you want a different perspective on what retail workers go through.
