About Nyomi Nadia

Nyomi Nadia is passionate about health, nutrition and happiness. Since childhood she has had allergies and food sensitivities, which have caused her various problems. In her pursuit of inner peace and better health, she explored the link between healthy eating and happiness – two cornerstones of good health. Her interests led her to complete a Bachelor of Science degree in nutrition, from Edith Cowan University, and a Master of Health Promotion, from Curtin University, in Perth, Australia, where she lives.

Having been inspired by her studies, experiences, and the wisdom and lives of others, Nyomi started her website Inspiration for Tough Times is a compilation of some of the articles from her website, along with bonus chapters that are the ideal guide for people at various stages of their lives.

Nyomi has written health articles for various leading health organizations, including the National Heart Foundation of Australia (Western Australian Division), Curtin University and CalorieKing Australia. She has been quoted in health and happiness articles published in the Australian teen girls’ magazine Girlfriend, and the Australian women’s lifestyle magazine Cleo.

Nyomi is also passionate about helping people through her public speaking. Her professional knowledge, experience and empathy have led her to become and an in-demand public speaker. She has spoken to community groups, students, professionals and others, for the National Heart Foundation of Australia (Western Australian Division), the Amanda Young Foundation, and the National Health Service (NHS) in the United Kingdom.

Nyomi aims to boost the health and happiness of many people all over the world.

I like this book because it has takes complicated issues and makes them easy to understand. It give you the tools to deal with stresses in your life. It is down to earth and easy to read.

So many aspects of life covered in an easy to read and systematic approach to over coming times that at some point affect us all. When things seem so overwhelming and confusing, its so good to have an un-complex book at hand to refer to, reminding us that there is light at the end of a tunnel.
